I'm struggling to think of a possible market for such a story. One wants to know more about the people, like the two women talking closely. Their expressions are priceless. You've got a great career ahead of you. I'd urge you to learn video as well as still. When I first skimmed through this essay, the PBS show "Frontline" snapped into my brain. This is the kind of story that bursts out of the constraints of 2-dimensional images and words. Good luck! The humanity of this story is wonderful.
