Marvin Reed, Dave Walker, and Patricia Wagner all pray together at the end of an Outside Brothers meeting on March 7, 2008. Outside Brothers is a program that happens every Tuesday inside the Marion Correctional Institution where someone from the outside comes into the prison and sits down with an inmate in the Horizon program for 2 hours to talk to them about religion, sports, polotics, life, and anything else they want. The point of this is about spirituality, but they do not have to talk about it if they do not want to. For some, the Outside Brothers are the only visitors they ever get.
